The applicant must provide an Approval letter from RWRD, prior to PDSD Approving the permit.
Residential Building REQUIRES RESUBMIT Provide a site plan showing each dwelling with a separate connection to the sewer pipe as coordinated with Pima County Wastewater Management. A Pima County recorded utility easement is required if one of the dwelling drain lines is routed on the neighbors property. The drains usually run directly to the street sewer with the shortest possible length.
