| External Reviewers - Tucson Electric Power (TEP) | REVIEW COMPLETED | Greetings, Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has conducted a comprehensive review of development plan TD-DIV-1124-00091 and wishes to convey that there are no objections to the proposed plan. However, it is essential to note that any costs related to the removal or relocation of existing TEP facilities will be billed to the developer. Currently, TEP facilities are situated within the boundaries of the proposed plat, and TEP requires uninterrupted 24/7 access to its facilities for maintenance and operational purposes. To initiate service for the new development, please contact the New Construction Department at 520-918-8300. A final set of approved plans must be submitted, which must include specific details regarding electrical load requirements and offsite improvement plans. This information is vital for TEP to determine the most efficient means of servicing your development. Should any new TEP facilities require easements, such easements will be secured through a separate legal instrument. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
