1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.B – Lot 1 legal description, 7th “THENCE” the distance does not match what is shown on the plan.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.H – Clearly demonstrate how legal access is provided to lot 2.

3. COMMENT: Provide a supplemental plan that clearly shows how the existing development works with the proposed lot lines.

4. COMMENT: Clarify why this land split was submitted under address 4975 E. Benson Hy. which is the address for a parcel located two (2) parcels west of this site. This land split should have been submitted under 5115 E. Benson Hy.
