New Services/JOC REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. All Sheets: All lettering/numbering must be aligned to be read from either the bottom or right hand sides of the sheets. Revise the lettering/numbering as necessary.
2. All Sheets: Show the Assessor’s Parcel Numbers for all unsubdivided parcels outside of the subdivision boundaries.
3. All Sheets: The subdivision boundaries appear to include portions of APN 14118008L and 14118008N. If so, shouldn’t they be listed by parcel number in the title block?
4. Sheets 2-4: It is very difficult to distinguish the subdivision boundaries from the proposed lot and block lines from the existing property lines outside the subdivision boundaries on these sheets. Please increase the contrast between these three types of property lines.
5. Sheet 4: The existing public water easement created by Seq. No. 20133610537 over the public water main constructed under PN 151-2012 has not been shown in the keynotes, or shown properly on the plan. Portions of this easement have been shown as portions of the easement created by Seq. No. 20122300203. Revise as necessary.

However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.
2-07.1.0 APPLICABILITY
Final plats, block plats, minor subdivisions, and condominium plats shall be prepared according to the requirements provided below. Hereafter referred to as “plat” or “plats.”
A final plat serves as a survey document suitable for recordation of all or part of an approved tentative plat, if applicable. The final plat must conform to the approved tentative plat or site plan in lot configuration, design, and required conditions of development. The final plat, once approved, is recorded in the Pima County Recorder’s Office. The final plat is kept on file and becomes part of the permanent record for the subject site.
COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
