New Services/JOC | APPROVED | I met with Mr. Bruce Paton, P.E, of Rick Engineering via TEAMS on 02/06/2023, and he explained to my satisfaction, the following: A. The existing public water easement created by Seq. No. 20133630537 and shown by Keynote 13 on Sheet 4 is only 1.5' wide in places, due to an error in the initial easement paperwork that was recorded. (Only 1.5' of a section of the proposed 15' easement, was owned by the entity that signed the easement paperwork.) B. And as a consequence of that, there is a need to create a new 13.5’ wide water easement by this final plat as indicated by Keynote 11. C. Any questions, comments or concerns about these comments may be directed to: Tim Rowe, P.E., Civil Engineer Tucson Water, New Development Section 201 N. Stone Avenue, #2-220 P.O. Box 27210 Tucson, AZ 85726-7210 (520) 837-2106 tim.rowe@tucsonaz.gov |
