OK to Submit - Zoning Fast REQUIRES RESUBMIT The below comments from the first submittal attempt have still not been addressed. Please see below.

1. Provide a supplemental site plan that provides the minimum required information at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. A survey map may be used, but must include all structure dimensions and heights, and setback dimensions from structures to other structures and to adjacent property lines. If proposed property lines are within required setback distances to existing structures, a Design Development Option (DDO) or Board of Adjustment variance may be required to modify minimum required setback distances. 2. Per UDC Section 8.4.3.D, a pre-application conference is required prior to approval of this land division. See information about a pre-application conference at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Pre-Application-Conference-Overview 3. Open permit TC-RES-0724-04311 must be in "Complete" status prior to approval of this land division.
