There should be an existing water easement along the north side of existing Lot 7 for the existing 8” public water main constructed under Tucson Water Plan No. 2-098-2019. That easement is not show on the drawing showing the proposed lot split or referenced in the legal description of proposed Parcel 7A 2. If no existing water easement has been created for the existing 8” public water main constructed under Tucson Water Plan No. 2-098-2019, one will need to be granted before the proposed lot split may be approved.
