You should receive a receipt for the recordation and your warranty deeds will be stamped. 2. Submit a copy of the warranty deeds to Pima County Addressing so that the office can ensure the property addresses and parcel numbers are correct. You should receive a receipt or document showing the new or existing addresses on new parcels. 3. Submit the following documents for your land division into the TDC Online portal: A. Warranty Deeds with affixed label showing date it was recorded and the Sequence number B. Receipt or document (from Addressing) showing the new address(es) |
