TW New Development Review Fast REVIEW COMPLETED Tucson Water has no objection to the proposed land split. Parcel 140230170 is currently served by an existing 5/8-inch water meter, No. 211049192, which can continue to serve proposed Parcel B. The existing water main along S. 1st Avenue, referenced as PN 031-1985, is a potential connection point for proposed Parcel A.

Please coordinate with the City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM) to confirm the paving schedule and whether the proposed work will be subject to the City’s 5-year pavement cut moratorium.

Once the land division has been recorded, the owner of Parcel A may contact Tucson Water New Services to request a new water meter and coordinate the applicable requirements.
