1. Please carefully review the submitted documents. The submitted legal descriptions do not match: the plat, the assessor’s map, nor the provided record of survey.
For example, multiple line lengths and bearings do no match between the survey and legal description.

Clearly articulate the point of beginning for each parcel, and distance and bearing to the location from a tie to a known point. None is provided in the legal descriptions.

"Beginning" for Parcel 1 is stated to begin at SE corner of said Lot 99, being a tagged rebar (RLS 28237). This annotation is not found on the survey map, nor does the beginning correspond to a corner.
Please review survey map and legal descriptions again to ensure completeness and accuracy.
2. Provide corrections and submit documents separately so they may be recorded as individual separate instruments.
3. Provide legal descriptions for Lot 1 and Lot 2 on separate sheets.
4. In the vicinity map, provide all major watercourses (i.e. the Santa Cruz), as well as the other pertinent content as defined in Administrative Manual 2-07.5.
5. Provide an updated stamp on the resubmittal, as well as a narrative addressing the changes made regarding the comments from the reviewers.
