3. Revise General note #6 to Development standard 10-01.0. SVT
4. Provide the total gross areas of common area “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” as a general note
5. If applicable, provide the Beneficiary block to the title page. Administrative manual 2-07.5.3.C
6. It is required that the 100-year floodplain limits be shown on the final plat similar to what was delineated on the tentative plat. Chapter 26 – Section 26-8.b.5
