1. A 15’ public water easement was, or should have been, granted over an existing 8” public water main that was constructed under PN 2-098-2019 in 2022. This existing public water main runs on, or parallel to, the common lot line between Lots 8 & 9. west partially across Lot 10, and then to the cul-de-sac bulb of E. Tucson Marketplace Blvd. See Sheets 3 and 7 of PN 2-098-2019. Show this public water easement and the recording information for it on the Record of Survey, and provide a copy of the recorded easement with the next submittal.

2. If the necessary public water easement has not previously been granted over all portions of PN 2-098-2019, such an easement must be granted before Tucson Water can approve this lot split.

3. Add a title to each legal description that tells the reader whether the legal description is for Parcel 1 or Parcel 2.

4. Copies of all valve maps and ‘as-built’ plans referenced in these comments may be obtained by sending an e-mail request for them to TWMapInfo@tucsonaz.gov.
