This development is located in the N.E. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 12, Township 15S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 138-10-003B, covers approximately 0.5145 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence 2 Zone (R-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Fontana Avenue and East Drexel Road, approximately 150 feet to the northwest of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
