2-08.2.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. COMMENT: 2-08.2.0 – Based on the existing legal description of this parcel “FRUITVALE N150.17' W141.23' LOTS 6 & 7 BLK 2” the original parcel was created via a platting process. The proposed land split exceeds the number of allowed splits for a property whose boundaries are fixed by a recorded plat which is divided into two or more parts, see UDC Article 11.4.20 definition of a Subdivision, C. A minor subdivision meeting AM 2-07 is required to be submitted and approved. This was submitted as a Land Split and shall be submitted as a Minor Subdivision.
