| Commercial Plumbing Fast | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | No valid sewer connection records are shown in the online records of the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department. If the two buildings share an existing septic system or have separate septic systems, revise the site drawing to show the location of the septic tank(s), and the primary and secondary leach fields. | TW New Development Review Fast | REVIEW COMPLETED | Tucson Water has no objection to the proposed land division, subject to the following conditions: The parent parcel, 138-16-018B, is currently served by a 5/8-inch water meter, No. 18515366. Each resulting parcel shall have its own independent water service. Private water and sewer lines serving one parcel shall not cross the proposed property line or extend through the other parcel. If the existing building on proposed Lot B is currently supplied by meter No. 18515366 on proposed Lot A, it shall be disconnected from that service and supplied through its own separate water meter. Any existing private water or sewer piping crossing the proposed property line shall be rerouted to remain within the parcel it serves. When the new water meter is needed, the owner shall contact Tucson Water New Services to coordinate the application and installation requirements. |
