Per UDC Table 6.3-2.A the minimum lot size is 5,000 sf. The legal description needs to include all of parcel 138-10-039B. 2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.F – Show all buildings on both parcel 138-10-039B & 138-10-039A and provide setback dimensions from the proposed lot lines to all adjacent buildings on both parcels 2.
