COMMENT: 2-08.2.0 – Based on the existing legal description of this parcel “SPEEDWAY PLACE E80' S122.5' LOT 2 BLK 3” the original parcel was created via a platting process. The proposed land split exceeds the number of allowed splits for a property whose boundaries are fixed by a recorded plat which is divided into two or more parts, see UDC Article 11.4.20 definition of a Subdivision, C. A minor subdivision meeting AM 2-07 is required to be submitted and approved.
