1. Please provide a supplemental site plan showing the location and setbacks of the existing structures per AM 2-08.5.0.E.

OK to Submit - Zoning Fast REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. COMMENT: The two existing parcels -- 10602226B and 10602226C – both contain existing structures. Provide a supplemental site plan per Administrative Manual 2-08.5.0.E.

2. COMMENT: On the supplemental site plan, indicate all setbacks to newly proposed lot lines, dimensions and heights of existing principal and accessory structures (including fences and walls), use of all structures on site, and existing recorded easements.

3. COMMENT: In addition, the adjacent parcel to the west – 106022270, also owned by Ronald Gallagher – while not included in this subdivision, appears to rely upon physical access from site. Access to the rear portion of 106022270 is blocked off from W Pastime Rd by a block wall. As such, this adjacent parcel is deemed to function as part of single site with the parcel its east. Until this parcel can be demonstrably shown to function independently of 10602226C, or included in this subdivision, this permit cannot be approved.

4. COMMENT: Include parcel 106022270 on the supplemental site plan.
