Please submit a request to withdraw the TD-DIV-0724-00062 Land Split/Lot Splity plan application. Per the Zoning Reviewer’s 07/30/2024 comments, this land division cannot be processed as a land split, and this land division will require a minor subdivision meeting Administrative Manual 2-07. DO NOT MAKE YOUR RESUBMITTAL UNDER THIS TDCO NUMBER. 2. Please review the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-07, revise your documents and prepare new documents as necessary, and submit an application for a minor subdivision. This will generate a new TDCO number with the proper work class. 3. Copies of the documents that created the 25.00’ and 30’ Ingress/Egress and Utility Easements on this parcel must be submitted with the final plat for the minor subdivision, so that we may verify they were shown properly.
