TW New Development Review REQUIRES RESUBMIT TD-DIV-0723-00083 - Land Division_Land Split_Lot Split v1 – 4739 E 4TH ST

1. The proposed lot line and water service line layout does not meet the requirements of Tucson Water’s Remote Meter Policy. The problem is the water line for the existing residence on Lot A, running across proposed Lot B. Tucson Water’s Remote Meter Policy does not allow the water line for one lot to be run across another, even when the water line is to be within a private water easement.

2. To comply with Tucson Water’s remote meter policy, the water line for the existing residence on Lot A must be within the 15’ wide ‘flagpole’ of Lot A. And, the water line for the new residence on Lot B must lie solely on Lot B.
