SECTION 2-08.0.0: LAND SPLIT

2-08.2.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. This comment was not addressed. The survey still shows the accessory structures on proposed parcel 1. If you want the sheds to remain on parcel 1 a Board of Adjusstment for Variance will be required. COMMENT: 2-08.5.E – Per UDC Article 6.6.2.b An accessory building shall be built only on a lot occupied by a principal building or use. That said, the sheds shown on Parcel 1 will need to be removed prior to approval of this plan. Show the shed to be removed from site or show it to be relocated to parcel 2. If relocated the sheds shall meet all applicable perimeter yard setbacks.
