Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed the Final Plat for Enclaves at Tumamoc, an FLD subdivision submitted January 15, 2026, and is unable to approve the plat at this time.

Planned and proposed electrical equipment to serve the subdivision lots require 10’ x 10’ easements. The easements shown on lots 26, 27, 35, 103, 104 and 109 are not 10’ x 10’. The easement line table is missing EL 141. There cannot be any conflicts with patio walls or signage within the PUE’s.
