Tucson Electric Power Co. (TEP) has reviewed the Final Plat for Enclaves at Tumamoc, an FLD subdivision submitted September 25, 2025, and is unable to approve the plat at this time.

Planned and proposed electrical equipment to serve the subdivision lots require 10’ x 10’ easements. The easements shown on lots 26, 272, 38, 103, 104 and 109 are not 10’ x 10’. There cannot be any conflicts with patio walls or signage within the PUE’s.

Site Engineering Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The existing easements to be abandoned per separate instrument either need to be recorded prior and noted on the plat with recordation number or a condition will be placed on the plat for that documentation prior to final approval.
2. The dedication indicates that common areas "D-1" and "D-2" will be maintained by the City of Tucson. Clarify maintenance responsibility of the new bank protection and key-in that are located outside of common areas "D-1" and "D-2" or the existing 70' drainage easement.
