2-08.4.0 FORMAT REQUIREMENTS
1. COMMENT: 2-08.4.1.B – A drawing showing the proposed land split shall be drawn to scale no less than one inch equals 20 feet.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.4.1.C – The drawing shall be fully dimensioned.

3. COMMENT: 2-08.4.2 – Provide a survey drawing and metes and bounds legal descriptions.

2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

4. COMMENT: 2-08.5.A – The drawing shall show boundaries of the original parcel or lot prior to the land split with distance and bearings labeled.

1. Without a drawing showing how APN 126181240 is to be split, Tucson Water can offer very little in the way of review comments and cannot approve the splitting this lot. Please submit a drawing of how this property is to be split, that complies with the directions provided by other reviewers.

2. Note: To comply with Tucson Water’s Remote Meter Policy, all of the proposed new lots will need to have a minimum of 15’ of real property frontage onto 22nd St and the existing 8” cement asbestos water main in 22nd St. An easement is not considered real property frontage.
