Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit separate letter and plan set files. SITE PLAN: 1. A structure may not extend to a point closer than 3 feet from the proposed property line without fire rated protection for fire spread, R302.1 (City of Tucson Amended). Provide additional information for the construction of the shed showing fire rated wall materials in compliance with IBC Table 721.1(2). A masonry block wall without windows, doors or roof overhanging is compliant. Otherwise, alterations with a building permit are required for allowing a property line placement within 3 feet of the existing structure.
