2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. COMMENT: 2-08.3.3 – Provide at a minimum a 20 year land division history for the existing parcel so that the number of prior land splits can be verified. Land division history can be obtained from the Pima County Assessor’s Office.

2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Based on aerial photos there is existing development on this site. Zoning was not able to find approved demo permits for any structures on this site. Provide a supplemental residential plot plan for each lot meeting the requirements for a residential plot plan found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Permits/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example,
