The standard Dedication language must be added granting easements to utilities: “WE, THE UNDESIGNED, HEREBY GRANT TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL UTILITY COMPANIES ALL EASEMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACCESS, INSTALLATION, MAINTENACE, AND IMPROVEMENTS OF ABOVEGROUND AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, PUBLIC SEWERS, DRAINAGE AND OTHER USES AS DESIGNATED BY THIS PLAT.
