1. COMMENT: 2-08.2.0 – Based on the existing legal description of this parcel “W147' E786' N346.23' S406.23' OF SE4 SW4 1.24 AC SEC 30-13-14” the existing parcel was split off of another parcel. The proposed land splits exceed the number of allowed splits for a property whose boundaries are not fixed by a recorded plat which is divided into four or more lots, tracts, or parcels of land, see UDC Article 11.4.20 definition of a Subdivision, A. A minor subdivision meeting AM 2-07 is required to be submitted and approved.
