The block plat, has been reviewed by the Zoning Review Section for minimal compliance with the Administrative Manual Section 2-07. It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal.

1. It is not clear what is proposed. It appears that a lot ling reconfiguration is proposed as you are not creating any new parcels. Zoning recommends that you attend a presubmittal meeting so that the correct process can be determined. Contact Loran Shamis, PDSD Lead Planner for presubmittal requirements.
