2. Provide the height for the existing structure. Per UDC 6.3-2.A, the required side perimeter yard setback is the greater of 6 feet or 2/3 the height of the exterior building wall. If the height of the building wall on the western boundary requires a greater setback than 6 feet a Design Development Option will be required to reduce the setback.
