This policy requires each of the proposed lots must have a minimum of 15’ of real property frontage onto a public or private street, public alley (or public utility or water easement granted to the City of Tucson) that contains a public water main that can be tapped to serve the lot. Lot B meets this requirement, but Lot A does not. 2.
