1. Tucson Water does not typically allow existing water easements to be split. But in this case, the existing 15’ water easement created by separate instrument recorded at Seq. No. 20160150824 that contains the existing water main constructed under Plan No. 023-2015 may be split, because the associated development package (TD-DEV-0823-00355) shows that this water easement will be completely located within a parking area access lane. If that changes, this approval is null and void, and this water easement must be shown on just one of the new parcels.
