On the survey lot split drawing, Accurately draw the existing backyard enclosing walls illustrating the actual conditions at site. a. Include roofed areas and additions. 2. FIRE RATED WALL SHALL BE REQUIRED. a. Some of the roofed areas and additions will be too close to the property line. b. The above will require 1 hour fire rated walls, roofs, etc. 3. Please resubmit. |
