Lot 1 was originally one single lot which now exists as parcels 13213104A & 13213104B which was split back in 2021. As proposed currently, original lot 1 of the subdivision will then be “split” into three separate piece from the original parcel which would be constituted as a “subdivision.” UDC 8.3.1.E.1 2. It will be required that a minor subdivision plat be submitted for the proposed land division.
