Please submit six (6) weeks in advance to the next available Mayor & Council meeting, October 7, 2025. Please take the following actions and upload PDF scans of items listed. Once Zoning approves folder in 'Final Plat Package' workflow (5-10 day review), then hand deliver items to 1st floor of PDSD for us to obtain City staff's signatures: 1. Original set of executed and notarized (permanent, black ink only) Final Plat on double matte océ, photo mylar, or paper. Fill in blank for 'filed at the request of ____'. Leave Date and Time blank. 2. Title report current within the last thirty (30) days or statement from Title Company certifying the title report previously submitted is still valid. 3. Pima County Recorder’s Office now requires separate payments for recording of plats and other documents. Please provide both payments a, b, and c via separate checks or money orders a. $24.00 for the first plat sheet and $20.00 for each additional plat sheet (in other words: $20 per plat sheet plus a flat $4.00 handling fee) b. $30.00 per document for Consent to Dedicate (if applicable) c. $30.00 per document for CC&R (if applicable) The City pays to record the Assurance Agreement. If you are unsure of the fees, please call the County Recorder’s Office at 520-740-4350. Check must be pre-printed with name and address and dated within 60 days of the scheduled Mayor & Council meeting. Please make the checks payable to the Pima County Recorder. 4. Original set of executed and notarized CC&R (if applicable). 5. Consent to Dedicate documentation (if applicable). 6. Original set of executed and notarized Assurance Agreement (if applicable). For Third Party Land Trust, provide original Agreement to Construct, original Amendment to Trust, and copy of Trust Agreement. 7. Property owner(s) and consultant mailing addresses to receive notification from the City Clerk’s Office one (1) week prior to and following Mayor & Council meeting. 8. If a notary is needed, please reach out to cdrc@tucsonaz.gov. An appointment can be made on Tuesday or Wednesday, 8 am-4 pm at 201 N Stone Ave. The Final Plat, CC&R, and Assurance Agreement must be approved at the same Mayor & Council meeting. The City Development Review Committee ensures the Assurance Agreement is reviewed by the City Attorney’s Office prior to the Mayor & Council meeting. The recorded CC&R will be mailed to the address on the cover sheet. The City Clerk’s Office keeps the recorded Final Plat and Assurance Agreement. A copy of the recorded Final Plat and Assurance Agreement will be available on www.tucsonaz.gov/pro. Corona Road, Tucson, AZ. 85756, Received July 15, 2025 To whom this may concern, Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DIV-0225-00026, 2 nd Submittal, a development plan for four new lots to future residential uses at 370 East Corona Road. This development is located in the S.E. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section 13, Township 15S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 138-17-031B, covers approximately 0.851 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence Zone 2 (R-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is East Corona Road and South Geronimo Avenue, approximately 475 feet to the west of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, FAA Part 77 airspace, City of Tucson Airport Environs Overlay Zone – Height Overlay Zone, and City of Tucson Airport Environs Overlay Zone – Hazard District. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Notice Criteria Tool, this proposed project resulted in the following responses: 1. Your proposed structure is in proximity to a navigation facility and may impact the assurance of navigation signal reception. The FAA, in accordance with 77.9, requests that you file. 2. The FAA requests that you file. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal of this project.
