Tucson Water has the following comments about the proposed lot split:

1. Item No. 1 of my first set of review comments was not addressed.

The survey drawing in this submittal shows all of land as APN 13303281C. But PimaMaps shows this land as two separate parcels (APN 13303281C and APN 13301026F) owned by S C Ranch Holdings, LLC per PimaMaps.

Please see the Site Engineering reviewer’s comments on how to address this issue.

2. Revised drawings and a comment response letter addressing the above comments are required .
