development plan submitted 6/25/2025. There are no existing facilities within the

The final plat submitted shows TEP’s existing easement as 10’, however the easement
is a 5’ strip easement. The plat needs to show the easement correctly, a disapproval
respond needs to be sent to the City of Tucson. - L. Castillo
Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the
existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-
8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving
off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the
plans.
If easements are required, they will be secured by separate instrument. Should you
have any easement questions, please contact our Land Resources Department,

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on TD-DIV-0225-00014, 2
nd Submittal, a
development plan for a 4 lot spilt subdivision at 5817 S Stewart Boulevard. This development is
located in the N.W. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 7, Township 15S, Range 14E, of the
Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 140-25-034B,
covers approximately 0.587 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence 2 Zone (R-2). The nearest
major roadway intersection is East Milton Road and South Stewart Boulevard, approximately
180 feet to the northwest of the subject development.
This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and
public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal of
this project.
