1. Tucson Water has no objections to the proposed Land Split / Lot Split.

2. Please be aware that the two resulting lots will either need to get their water from the existing 8” water main on the south side of the 22nd Street right of way, or the developer of these lots will need to construct an extension of Tucson Water’s distribution system on the north side of the 22nd Street right of way to serve the resulting lots.

Site Engineering REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. A lot line adjustment cannot combine two lots, only move the lot lines. In order to adjust the lots to the proposed order, a lot combination must be filed with the Pima County Assessor's office to combine two of the lots, and then a lot line adjustment can be done with the city to move the remaining parcel boundary to the proposed location.
