SECTION 2-08.0.0: LAND SPLIT 2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 1. Based on the last approved Development Package, DP14-0120, area being added to the southeast corner of Parcel 1A was not part of this development. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. The checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. A new Development Package (DP) will be required for both proposed parcel 1A & 1B. The two (2) required DPs will be required to be submitted under separate DP numbers. Remove the reference to “LOT COVERAGE” from the land split plan as per UDC Table 6.3-5.A lot coverage is not applicable in the I-1 & I-2 zone.
