TW New Development Review REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Proposed Lots 3 & 4 have sufficient real property frontage onto an existing water main in a water easement along the east side of the property. But they do NOT have access to a public sewer currently. Please demonstrate how each of these lots will properly dispose of the wastewater generated on these proposed lots.
2. Each of the proposed residential lots must have its own water meter. No sharing of the existing water meter will be allowed.
