2-08.2.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
1. COMMENT: 2-08.5.E – Provide a supplemental commercial site plan, (Development Package) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this land split. This DP shall show all existing development that is on this site to include but not limited to all structures, vehicle parking, etc. This plan shall address all applicable development standards such as but not limited to perimeter yard setbacks, vehicle and bicycle parking requirements, etc. Contact Nicholas Martell at Nicholas.Martell@tucsonaz.gov to obtain a copy of the checklist.
