COMMENT: 2-08.3.3 – Provide at a minimum a 20 year land division history for the existing parcel so that the number of prior land splits can be verified. Land division history can be obtained from the Pima County Assessor’s Office. 2. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide a supplemental residential plot plan for the developed parcel that clearly shows perimeter yard setbacks to the proposed lot line. 3.
