COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide a supplemental residential plot plan for both parcels that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to: a. Provide a lot coverage calculation for Lot “A” that meets the UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements.
