SECTION 2-08.0.0: LAND SPLIT 2-08.5.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS The drawing showing the proposed land split shall include the following: 1. The provided lot coverage is not correct. The lot coverage calculation is not correct. Per UDC Article 6.4.3.C.1.a Roofed areas, porches, open on at least one side are not included in the calculation. And per UDC Article 6.4.3.B.3.b Vehicular use areas, measured within the outside edges of any area allocated to vehicle use, whether improved or unimproved are included in the lot coverage. COMMENT: 2-08.5.G – Provide a supplemental residential plot plan for both parcels that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, to include but not limited to: Provide a lot coverage calculation for Lot “A” that meets the UDC Article 6.4.3 and the example shown on the Residential Plot Plan Requirements.
