Tucson Water has the following comments about the proposed subdivision and/or final plat:

1. Cover Sheet, Dedication: The paragraphs of the Dedication should not be numbered, or labeled with their purpose. Remove the numbering and purpose labels.

2. Cover Sheet, Dedication: All of the paragraphs in the Dedication start with the word, “I”, but it appears the Dedications is be signed by multiple individuals. Revise the paragraphs as necessary for proper English sentence structure when the Dedication is to be signed by multiple individuals, or revise the number of entities shown under the Dedication.

3. Cover Sheet, Dedications: Provide a Notary Public certification block for each person who will be signing the Dedication.

4. Cover Sheet, Dedication, Paragraph 2B. This paragraph reads, “I HEREBY GRANT TO ALL UTILITY COMPANIES AN EASEMENT FOR ACCESS, MAINTENANCE, AND REMOVAL OF ANY EXISTING UTILITIES CONSTRUCTED PURSUANT TO THE REDONDO TOWN CONDOMINIUMS PLAT, RECORDED IN BOOK 38 OF MAPS AND PLATS, PAGE 12, IN THE PIMA COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE.” But I see no specific easements shown on Sheets 2-5 other than a 10’ electrical easement per DKT 7164, PG 746 on Sheet 2. Is this new easement a blanket easement?

5. I assume the land around the tower building is to be a Common Area. If so, label it as such.

6. Revised drawings, and a single comment response letter stating how all reviewer’s comments were addressed are required.
