Any new/revised/redeveloped access point to the Frontage Road will require an ADOT Encroachment Permit. The approval of Traffic Impact Analysis or Statement is typically required to obtain the Permit. It is highly recommended that the Developer/Owner contact the Department to schedule a Development meeting to discuss items related to these processes.
