Sheet 2: Item 4 of my last set of comments was not adequately addressed: The 50.05’ easternmost boundary of the existing wastewater easement per DKT 11589, PG 12 must be shown on this block plat using shaded, dashed lines. 2. Sheets 2, 4 & 5: The water easement shown on this submittal of the block plat isn’t the water easement created per Seq. No. 202326900020. And the water line easement created per Seq. No. 202326900020 is not an appropriate water easement for the water mains shown on the water design plan accepted by Tucson Water under TDCO Plan No. TW-WCP-0123-00050 (TW Plan 2-008-2023.) Please note that Tucson Water’s acceptance of this water design plan expired on 09/05/2024. At this point in time, I’m thinking the best and fastest way to resolve this issue with the block plat is to: a) Revise the water easement shown on the block plat to accurately reflect the water easement created per Seq. No. 202326900020 b) Modify the labels for this easement to read, 15’ WATER EASEMENT PER SEQ. NO. 202326900020 TO BE RELEASED BY THIS FINAL BLOCK PLAT. c) Adding a separate General Note to the Cover Sheet that reads, WITH THE RECORDING OF THIS FINAL BLOCK PLAT, THE CITY OF TUCSON HEREBY RELINQUISHES ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO THAT PUBLIC WATER EASEMENT RECORDED AT SEQUENCE NUMBER 20232690020 IN THE PIMA COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE.
