No. 20232690020 (referenced in the Title Report) has not been released. As this easement was granted only to the City of Tucson, it may be released by this re-subdivision block plat pursuant to Section 11-01-0.0 of the Uniform Development Code Administrative Manual. Add a separate General Note to the Cover Sheet that reads, WITH THE RECORDING OF THIS FINAL BLOCK PLAT, THE CITY OF TUCSON HEREBY RELINQUISHES ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO THAT PUBLIC WATER EASEMENT RECORDED AT SEQUENCE NUMBER 20232690020 IN THE PIMA COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE. 2. Cover Sheet: Show and describe an example of the line type, weight and width used to depict the Subdivision boundary in the Legend, as well as the example of the line type, weight and width used to depict the common property boundaries between blocks. 3. Sheet 2 and any subsequent sheets: The drawing on this sheet was drawn at a scale of 1”=80’. Section 2-07-4.4 of the Uniform Development Code Administrative Manual requires the plat be drawn to a scale of no more than 1” =40’. Revise as necessary to meet this requirement. 4. Sheet 2 and any subsequent sheets: The boundaries of the existing wastewater easement per DKT 11589, PG 12 must be shown on this block plat using shaded, dashed lines. 5. Sheet 2 and any subsequent sheets: The common boundary between the Campbell at the Airport, Lots 1-22 subdivision and the Gilbert Addition, Lots 1-8 subdivision should not be shown as an existing right of way line. Revise and/or label as necessary for clarity. 6. Sheet 2 and any subsequent sheets: I am confused why a portion of the 20 private drainage easement created by the CC&Rs recorded at DKT 134777, PG 1274 have been shown on this final plat, but no other easements created by these CC&Rs has been shown on the final plat. The CC&Rs recorded at DKT 134777, PG 1274 were terminated by the Termination of Declaration of Convenants, Conditions, Restrictions and easements for Campbell At The Airport recorded at Seq. No. 20241780166. Please delete this partial easement or explain why it should be shown. 7. Sheet 2 and any subsequent sheets: Tucson Electric Power’s Quit-Claim Deed of Easement recorded at Seq. No. 20240720524 did not release their interest in the 10’ public utility easement created by the original Campbell At The Airport final plat (BK 49, M&P, PG 38) over the south 10’ of Lot 3. This existing easement must be shown on the final block plat. 8. Sheet 2 and any subsequent sheets: The title report indicates that Campbell at the Airport, Lot 21 is bound by a Reciprocal Access Agreement recorded at DKT 10565, PG 1333. This must be shown on the final block plat, OR proof that this Agreement has been terminated must be included in the next submittal. 9.
