You should receive a receipt for the recordation and the warranty deeds for the parcels. 2. Submit a copy of the warranty deeds to Pima County Addressing so that the office can ensure the property addresses and parcel numbers are correct. You should receive a receipt or document showing the new or existing addresses on new parcels. 3. Submit the following documents for your land division into the TDC Online portal: A. Warranty Deeds (from Recorder's Office) with affixed label showing date it was recorded and the Sequence number B. Receipt or document (from Addressing) showing the new address(es) Once you have uploaded all documents needed, please let us know via email at CDRC@tucsonaz.gov and we will get this lot split approved.
