Previous comment #9 not addressed. Prior to final Site Engineering approval for TD-DEV-1225-00307, it is required that the floodplain use permit with elevation certificate process be submitted for review. 2. Regarding the FFE proposed, due to the Undefined Shallow Flow floodplain designation, it is assumed that the Base Flood Elevation (BFE) is to be 11-inches above natural grade, and it is required that the FFE be 1-foot above said BFE. If natural grade is around 2604, then BFE would be assumed to be 2604.92 which would give a required FFE to be 2605.92. For resubmission, revise current FFE with this given FFE. It will be required that this new FFE be shown when submitted for the FPU permit. 3. Include general note: “"The finished floor elevation of the new Kiosk will be 1 foot 11 inches above the natural grade of the site." 4. Revise ADA parking sign & post details to show the required minimum height to be 7 feet minimum. This is required when the ADA sign is placed within a pedestrian pathway. TSM 7-01.4.3.B FOR PERMIT RESUBMISSION, IT IS REQUIRED THAT: Corrected/Revised Plan set, a detailed response letter document that clearly shows how you addressed all of Site Engineering’s and other reviewers’ comments for the completed review cycle, and a submitted/initiated FPU permit.
